There is no shower head in the room, there is not enough breakfast in the morning, you will check out, there is no receptionist, in short, he needs to improve himself a lot.

We stayed in room 401. They are very nice to meet. Air conditioners could not be used due to the pandemic, but we did not need air conditioning during our stay, especially in the evening, the air was very cool. The location is beautiful. The hotel is clean. No parking. One door of the shower stall was broken. Since the hot water came from the minus, it was necessary to turn on the water of the shower and wait a lot. There were very few sockets and wifi was pulling very little from the room so I broke the score. But in general we were very satisfied.

The place is neglected, the carpet does not work, the refrigerator does not work, towels are not working, we no longer use them as cleaning cloths at home, breakfast is limited.

The hotel room arrangement has been newly made, there are minor deficiencies. The room, bed and bathroom-wc are clean. The air conditioner is working. You can see the castle and Taşhan from the rooms facing the street. Breakfast is served in the morning. The room I stayed in was large. It is in the standard of rooms where you can stay for a high amount in western and mediterranean provinces.

In fact, this hotel should be closed immediately- What do you mean, the view is beautiful, people come to the hotel to sleep- Not to watch Taşhanı or Tokat Castle until the morning. For one thing, the toilet flushes were not working, I'm talking about the two rooms we took. I don't think the other rooms are in any better condition either. If there was they would have changed our room. Bed linens are dirty. Towels are filthy old and tasseled. Toilet flush not working. The covers are mobile, so it has been years since the mounting screws were removed. Plastic stays in your hand when the Shower Cabinet is pulled as if it had been hit by a car. The freak called the refrigerator is not visible from the dirt, there were two waters in it, it's been 6 months since the expiration date. We told the receptionist why these towels are so dirty and old, there is Taşhan across the street. Why don't you go and get it? When he said it is too expensive, he replied that money is not important. Well, I said what are we going to do with the toilet whose flush is not working, he said, we will handle it. Fortunately, there was water. We managed to solve it by squeezing the hose of the shower cabin to the WC from a distance. Then we lay on the bed in our clothes. We spread a Tshirt over the pillow. The good thing is, the attendant called at 2.30 at night and he was going to come and fix the siphon. At this hour, we hung up the phone saying that the siphon would be repaired. In the morning, we gave the key and left without even saying hello. As soon as the other friends saw the breakfast room, they left without touching their hands and came to the pastry shop. This Hotel needs to be closed immediately and it should be opened to service with a good manager. Don't let what I write be an exaggeration to anyone, I took a photo of everything I wrote.

It's not bad, but the first day I came, my room's toilet waste water drain wasn't working and my slip will have a little bigger accident, so I gave my score three stars, otherwise, it's easy to access in the city center and its content really deserves everything.

As always, we used the Google reviews to find out more when choosing a hotel. On Google, quite extensive negative reviews dominate for this hotel - the positives were quite short, which always makes us frown. What is good should be described that way. The extent to which these are from real guests is always questionable. Thanks to our preparation, the reception was good and we were given room 301. So I cannot understand many reviews - especially under Google Maps - from guests that we did not find in the form described there. The room had a wonderful view of the Tashan and the Kalesi - what more could you ask for. And the room size was more than the price-performance ratio suggested. Of course, a hotel also has its flaws, because it is only "people" who prepare the rooms. Of course, the owners should also take the time to see the inside of the individual rooms. So we also noticed deficiencies in the sanitary area, where a simple new silicone joint could have helped or damaged sun protection could easily be repaired. Nevertheless, we rate the hotel with 4 out of 5 stars. A one-star rating is inappropriate and unrealistic and does not even come close to the price-performance ratio. 4 out of 5 stars are real, 3 out of 5 stars are also acceptable - but by no means less. We were very satisfied with the hotel selection and have described and recommended it in detail in my "Travel Report Tokat 2021".
