★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Önceki yıllara göre Büyük değişiklikler ve düzenlemeler yapılmış. Şehrin merkezinde olması büyük avantaj.hizmet ve temizlik güzel.yıllar önce zemin katta olan küçük bir mescit iptal edilerek 2 inci kata çok güzel bir mescit yapılmış. Emeği geçenlere ve bunu düşünenlere teşekkkürler.
 Major changes and adjustments have been made compared to previous years. Being in the center of the city is a big advantage. The service and cleanliness are good. A small mosque on the ground floor was canceled years ago and a very beautiful mosque was built on the 2nd floor. Thank you to those who contributed and thought about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klozetler bozuk, odalarda tek bir priz var. Bu durum paylaşımlı odalarda ciddi sorun yaratır demek oluyor. Kahvaltısı aşırı yetersiz. Başka öğretmenevinde de kaldım. Bu kahvaltı anlamında en yetersiziydi diyebilirim. Lokantasında çok çeşit yok. Pide ve kebap çeşitleri gibi çok az seçeneğiniz var. Üzgünüm yemekler tatsız, baharatsız ve tuzsuz. Odaların sıcaklığı iyi, yataklar rahat. Yerin konumu iyi. Merkezi bir yerde.
The toilets are broken, there is only one socket in the rooms. This means that it creates serious problems in shared rooms. The breakfast is too meager. I also stayed in another teacher's home. I can say that this was the most inadequate in terms of breakfast. There is not much variety in the restaurant. You have very few options such as pita and kebab varieties. Sorry the food is tasteless, no seasoning and no salt. The temperature of the rooms is good, the beds are comfortable. The location of the place is good. In a central place.

2. Odalar bakımsız tamam yıldızlı beklemiyoruz ama yıldıza yakın olsa
3. Temizlik zayıf. Oda ve banyo/WC fena
4. Yatak örtüleri ve perde sistemi toz kokuyor. (Biz değişim istedik 35 dk sürdü)
5. Giriş gibi odalarda bakımlı olmalı. Tokat adı var gerisi yok.

1. Consultant interest is sufficient
2. Rooms are poorly maintained, we don't expect a star, but even if it's close to a star
3. Cleaning is poor. Room and bathroom/WC passable
4. The bedspreads and curtain system smell of dust. (We asked for a change, it took 35 minutes)
5. Rooms such as the entrance should be well-maintained. There is a name slap, the rest does not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beklentimiz düşük olarak gittik eşimle, fakat beklentimizin üzerinde olduğunu gördük. Cadde üzerinde kafeleri var, canlı müzik eşliğinde. Odaları kibar, güzel ve sıcak. Kapılar kartlı sistemli. Banyosu falan gerçekten çok iyiydi. Kar yağıyorken gidecekseniz girişe dikkat edin yerler çok kayıyor. Asansörleri çok sallanıyor, korktuk her bindigimizde. Yanlış hatırlamıyorsam mavi belgeliydi asansör, yeşil pası gerekiyor. TV yayını iyi değildi, kumandaları bozuktu. Bunun dışında olumsuz bir şey göremedim. Hizmet fiyat baz alındığında çok çok iyi.
We went with my wife with low expectations, but we saw that it was above our expectations. They have cafes on the street with live music. The rooms are kind, nice and warm. The doors are with card system. The bathroom was really good. If you are going to go when it is snowing, be careful at the entrance, the places are very slippery. Their elevators shake a lot, we got scared every time we got on. If I remember correctly, the elevator was blue certified, green pass is required. The TV broadcast was not good, the remotes were broken. Other than that, I didn't see anything negative. The service is very good considering the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temiz ve güvenli bir yer, akşamları müzik sesi geliyor ancak çok rahatsız edici değil. Oda, temizdi, ısıtması iyi klima çalışıyor ve manzaramı ekledim. Banyo temiz rahat. Fazladan yastık yok. Seccade var. Mini buzdolabı var. Kahvaltı için seçenek az(peynir,zeytin, reçel,bal, tereyağ,salam,domates,biber, haşlanmış yumurta) , unlu mamul(börek vs) yok, çorba var, yine de doyurucu. Çay, kağıt bardakta, kahve yok. Sadece sabah kahvaltısı ve öğlen yemeği var, akşam yemeği yok. Mekanın yeri işlek cadde üzerinde, park yeri arka tarafta. Taşhan'a çok yakın. Tavsiye ederim.
The place is clean and safe, there is music in the evenings but not too disturbing. The room was clean, well heated, A/C works and I added my view. Bathroom clean comfortable. No extra pillows. There is a prayer rug. There is a mini fridge. There are few options for breakfast (cheese, olives, jam, honey, butter, salami, tomatoes, peppers, boiled eggs), there is no baked goods (pie, etc.), there is soup, but it is still satisfying. Tea is in a paper cup, no coffee. There is only breakfast and lunch, no dinner. The location of the place is on the busy street, the parking lot is at the back. It is very close to Tashan. I advise.
