★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Özellikle Tokat'a yeni gelenler dikkat!!! bu mağazayı diğer kurumsal LTB mağazaları ile karıştırmayın. Tokat'ta kurumsal bir mağaza gibi çalışmıyor! Değişim, garanti, hele bir de iade talebiniz var ise vay halinize, bir kaç emekçi arkadaşın dışında; kaba,sattığı malın arkasında durmayan tüketici hakkını hiçe sayan saygısız ve ticari etikten uzak bir mağazadır.
 Especially newcomers to Tokat, beware!!! Do not confuse this store with other corporate LTB stores. It doesn't work like a corporate store in Tokat! If you have an exchange, warranty, especially a return request, woe to you, apart from a few working friends; Kaba is a disrespectful and unethical store that does not stand behind the goods it sells, disregards consumer rights.
