★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir bile fazla lanet olsun yıkadığınız halıya kahve lekesi çıkar mı dedik çıkar dediler aynı duruyor onu geç halının püsküllerinde arabadan bulaşmış siyah yağ lekeleri vardı. Aradık durumu söyledik tekrar götürdüler. Bir gün sonra baktım ki halıyı kapının önüne bırakıp gitmişler ne arama ne zil çalma. Böyle rezalet görmemiştim. İlk ve sondu sakın düşünmeyin bile derim.

We took the situation again we said we looked for. After a day, I left the carpet in front of the door and searched for what ringing. I've never seen such disgrace. I don't even think it was first and last.

I don't think most of those who made negative comments are justified, I gave my carpets and it came very well 2 months later, I gave the same shape to my seats, but my stain remained, but I told them they came and took care of it. Keep your bad comments to yourself, they do their job diligently.

İletişime geçip sorunumu paylaştığımda özür dileyip alıp tekrar yıkamak yerine iade alınmayacağı parasını yeniden verirsem yardımcı olacaklarını söylediler. Tel ile irtibatta ki bayan çalışma arkadaşlarını kötülüyor halılarımı getrenler büyüklerin suçu şeklinde açıklama yapıyor kimse bana yardımcı olmuyor ekip çalışması sıfır. Tokatın en iyisi diye bilirdim ama hersey gbi buda değişmiş diğer küçük bildiğim firmaların kndini daha fazla geliştirdiğini gözlemledim. Hiç memnun kalmadım çok pişmanım.
My carpet was sent back to me with all the stains as I sent it. When I contacted and shared my problem, they apologized and said that they would help if I gave the money back instead of taking it and washing it again. The woman in contact with the phone denigrate her colleagues, those who brought my carpets explain that it is the fault of the adults, no one helps me, zero teamwork. I used to know that slap is the best, but like everything else, I have observed that other small companies that I know have improved their self more. I'm not satisfied at all, I'm very sorry.

We have been indispensable for exactly 15 years.
We changed the address a couple of times, the carpets are either old or stained.
Definitely a dry and clean-guaranteed establishment in all seasons ?

The carpets I gave came back in the same way without washing. I don't recommend it in any way. Stains look the same on carpets that have not even touched water. I want this situation rectified. Otherwise, I will report my complaint to the necessary places. All the stains on my carpets stay the same. Shame on you
