There is a very warm family atmosphere, the staff is very interested in every aspect. We stayed for 5 days. We left very satisfied with nothing missing. The location is also very nice, you can reach everything you want near it. If we go to Tokat again, it is clear where we will stay.

The old reviews were very bad and it was not a hotel to stay according to these reviews. The weather was very cold, but the hotel in general was very warm. I sat in the t-shirt. Hotel staff is good and helpful. The bathroom in the room and the room are clean, sheets and towels are clean. The beds are comfortable. There is a mini fridge (hollow) in the room. There are 2 pieces of water in the rooms. If you want, they bring a new one for free. There is no kettle in the room, but there is free 24-hour tea and coffee service on the 2nd floor of the hotel. You can go and get it. Before I went, I had reservations about the customer base of the hotel because the hotel was cheap. I was afraid of people with the type of worker, crocodile, maganda or hanzo. However, the customer base of the hotel was very good. It was pretty quiet and calm. It was like a family hotel. Since there is a sports tournament in Tokat, I could not find a place in the hotels. Hesitantly, I made a reservation.
