I have given my carpets to the same company before, the last carpet I sent was dirty, I called and expressed the situation, I would not send it to you again in a polite and calm manner, I just said the carpets are dirty, but the person in front of me said that my attitude was not nice because he was not used to such a style. They sent a dirty carpet on it. This is the carpet they supposedly cleaned.
