The negative aspect is constantly smell of food and the shower is not good, treadmills are old and not relevant. The positive aspect is that the instrument is not too crowded with plenty, you can find the weight you want.

I've just started. There are tools for every kind of muscle movement. The space is spacious. There's a changing room and a shower. You can also find protein powder. Training in kickboxing and other martial arts. But dear salon users do not have to take the smell of the items you leave in the dressing room.

The gym is very good, the authorized personnel are very friendly and courteous, they help you in every way, also martial arts lessons are given, you do not need to pay an additional fee for this. The only minus for me is that it closes at 21 o'clock, because it is opposite to the time of work, those who want to go can choose with peace of mind.
