We have been serving as a solution partner for industrial and process cooling systems for more than 10 years. Without compromising quality and technological development, ”industrial designs”; We provide long-term, lasting and economical solutions with a proactive approach in planning, projecting, implementation and finishing processes. ŞTİ. firmasından pks 3000 pano klima aldık aradan 1 yıl geçmesi ile klima arıza verdi.Klima imalatımız da sabit ve taşınmayacak durumdadır. Servis için aradığımızda klimanın kendilerine sevk edilmesini bütün ısrarlarımıza rağmen taraflarına sevk edilmesini istemektedirler. Görüşmelerimizde firmamıza servislerinin gelemeyeceğini bildirdiler. Karşılık bulamadık. Bu durumla ilk defa karşı karşıya kaldık. Tarafınıza bildirmek isterim ki klima makine ye montajlı olduğundan hiçbir şekilde firmanıza iletemeyeceğiz.
Tarafınızda acil dönüş yapılmasını bekliyoruz. Sorunumuzun çözülmesini talep eder dönüşünüz olmadığı takdir de ilgili mercilere baş vuracağımızı bildiririz.
In 08.2016, EFSA KİMYEVİ MADDELER İNŞ. SINGING. TIC. LTD. Sti. We bought pks 3000 panel air conditioner from the company, the air conditioner malfunctioned after 1 year passed. When we call for service, they want the air conditioner to be shipped to them despite all our insistence. During our meetings, they reported to our company that their services could not come. We couldn't find any response. This is the first time we have faced this situation. I would like to inform you that since the air conditioner is mounted on the machine, we will not be able to convey it to your company in any way.
We expect an urgent return on your side. We request that our problem be solved and we will inform the relevant authorities if we have no return.
