TLScontact – Visa Application Centre Ankara - Boğaz Sk.

Once I've submitted my application on uk.gov web-site I've received an email regarding the document I need to take with me to the TLS. As I have chosen the self-assisted service, there were four documents I needed to provide. However, when I came to the center, it turned out that I have to provide an additional print-out. I've attempted to show the personnel the email from TLS where this print out was not mentioned, but they didn't even attempted to understand what I'm saying (I was talking in Turkish and then in English). Overall, my experience was poor, and the personnel treated people as if they are parasites. Security was approaching everyone very close (closer than 66.5 sm which is universally accepted norm of distance). I think that this was very inappropriate during the pandemic and normal distance rules of 1.5-2 m. I think that it is paramount to understand that the TLS is a service provider and therefore should treat their clients accordingly.

I applied and got my visa in 15 days ; 2 days before my trip. Thank you TLS

I can not reach them. On the website, it seems like my application is transferred from Istanbul. It has been a week since then, and it is not received yet. Are they using the camels for the transfer or what?

the worst visa application company ever.. it has been more than 1 month and still waiting and have contacted other people they are all complaning about the company.. the problem is not sourced from British Consulate as the passport has been transferring a week to TLScontact.How can a passport transfer more than a week to VAC? I hope British Consulate will stop working with you... Cannot travel anywhere because of them...

I made my UK visa application on December 1st 2021; however, it still appears as pending. It is my 6th time to apply for UK visa and I have never faced such delays before. Is this normal? I had to reschedule my flight from Jan 9th 2022 to Feb 6th 2022 and had to pay a penalty for that. I am trying to call Ankara visa office to get some updates but it is impossible to access.

My girlfriend has been waiting one week for her passport and visa to come back to Ankara from İstanbul. The company website's "tracking" says that the passport is in transit. There is no way it takes one week for an envelope to get to Ankara from İstanbul. But that's not why I'm giving the company one star. I'm giving it one star because there is NO WAY to contact them! The phone # on the website is answered by the SWİSS embassy?!? That makes zero sense. Furthermore, they don't provide you with a TRACKİNG # so you can monitor the location of your passport. Their operating procedure is essentially, "pay us, give your passport, and good luck to you. You'll get it back at some point." We have a trip planned for the UK for Christmas and are nervous we won't get her visa in time. İf the owner reads this, PLEASE give us a way to track the passport or give us a phone # to call. This is absurd.

It is the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.!!! My wife and I had biometric appointment in Ankara TLScontact on the 23rd February 2022. I have received my passport one week later. But, we are still waiting my wife passport. I have contacted with UKVI Immigration and Visa team they told me that desicion has been made on your application. And Also our BRP cards have been delivered to my university. I have tried to contact TLScontact via customer service, but it is not possible to reach anyone to ask where is my wife passport. I have sended two enquiries, 4 working days passed, but there is no response from your company. There is no phone number or email to contact with your company. Please, contact with me, as soon as possible ?

Hi, I have a UK visa appointment on Tuesday next week but I want to change the date, you don't have a phone number on your website how can I reach you? Besides, do all the other documents have to be in English? I'd appreciate it if you'd help.
