As mentioned too overly, the place is not available, not a place where you can have tea around. You may have the opportunity to walk around a place that has taken its name because of its constant fluctuation on the water because of the constant wind.

It's not very interesting, actually, I was curious about the story and stopped by on the way, but a couple of pictures are ok, but there is a clean sea and the majority of tourists are crowded.
