Titanic Mardan Palace

Amazing, well maintained hotel, with super friendly service, and excellent food. Really royal!! Minus 1 star for hard mattresses, and for disturbing cooking smells outside the duplex rooms (we tried 3 of them...), But quite perfect except for that.

Absolutely amazing time at this hotel! Awesome staff and facilities. Free arcade, aqua park, indoor park, outside pizza and pasta, kids club, brilliant buffet, constant drinks, outside park. My kids were really entertained. Service was excellent, staff constantly offering drinks, clearing up etc. The following staff were really outstanding: Fesih for always looking after us at meal times and topping us up with drinks and anything we needed. Mousa for sorting our transfer and room upgrade. Ebru coban for great service in the lobby and ran after our child when he ran off! Overall can not fault this place and will definitely coming again. Best bit...Staff are amazing. Unfortunately most places at Marden were closed, which meant limited places to eat. Other restaurants have same a buffet. Buffet also tends to close 30mins sooner as they start packing away. Rooms are nice although have lots of small issues: water temp hot n cold. Ac in rooms dont work effectively. Fridge not working, curtains fell down on 2nd day. Beach side restaurants/bar was amazing.

The hotel is SUPER AMAZING !! Loved the Palace theme. They have good restaurants with delicious meals. My best restaurant was the main restaurant with different delicious food from the buffet. Thanks to Sabina from the reservation desk. Will most definitely visit again in theee months time during summer☺️

The building and architecture is spectacular. The staff are amazing and attentive. The food is beyond delicious and great. The room daily service could improve as we had to ask for body wash and tissue everyday. But... The guests are terrible. Really terrible. Super rude and arrogant. They feel they can treat everyone anyhow they want because they have paid few thousand dollars to stay there. They treated the staff terrible as well. To be honest I could not sit long around the bar and watch them. I went there for relaxing after 3 years of hard work, but it didn't happen. Meanwhile, my sister felt unwell on last day and the reception told us we can get the doctor from downstairs to check her. The nurse in the doctors office was super needy and rude and was asking for money before anything while my sister's blood pressure had dropped in the room. This is not how we treat patients in our country.

They so rude and unbelievably unfriendly. Now is 1am but we can’t sleep and our baby crying incredibly because they doing some party at the outside. Crazy people

From the moment we arrived we was treated like absolute royalty. This hotel is absolutely stunning and we had aamazing time. It was my birthday and they decorated the bedroom for me which was a lovely surprise. We went for the deluxe bedroom and our view was beautiful and had a jacuzzi bath in the bedroom, it had a mini fridge and this was restocked everyday. The hotel has a nightclub which we enjoyed going 2. All drinks were branded. We went to the local shopping centres, done quad biking and went to one of legends park which is all very close by. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience. ?
