★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 gün önce kızıma akıllı saat aldım buradan. Verdikleri tüm bilgiler yanlış çıktı. Kafalarına göre kullandığım paketi değiştirdiler. İptal edeceğiz dediler, yapamadılar. Baştan sona ciddiyetsiz davrandılar. 8 lira dedikleri hat ücretinin sonradan aslinda 36 TL olduğunu öğrendim. Hala daha yaptıkları yanlış işlemlerin sonuçlarıyla uğraşıyorum. Kesinlikle onermiyorum, mağdur olursunuz benim gibi.
 I bought my daughter a smart watch 2 days ago. All the information they gave was wrong. They changed the package I used on their heads. They said we will cancel, they could not. They've been pitiful from start to finish. I learned that the price of the line they call 8 lira is actually 36 TL. I'm still dealing with the consequences of their wrong operations. I certainly don't think you're a victim.

Even though there are 3 customers inside, they make you wait for minutes. Extremely unprofessional branch. I would suggest you to go to another branch, preferably nearby.
