As a conclusion: do not look at these OLD reviews, maybe it was during the beginning of the pandemic, but now everything is at the highest level !!! Very intrusive staff, like the director himself. Initially, prices are very high, and they themselves are talking about it. In general, we came just to look, try on, ask the price, if we like anything. There was no purpose to go shopping. The hotel representative got us, he was paid some amount for the people he sent, we agreed if only to get rid of it. And there it began - "why think", "and I'll give it up for so much if you pay now", "but pay at the hotel." In general, they will not get off you alive. Realizing that a person does not want to buy right away, they begin to grin and speak among themselves in their own dialect. Even if I liked something, because of this attitude I no longer want to take it. They have nothing supernatural. The price was dropped by half, if only I bought it, but I didn't need anything for nothing. Only one desire is to get away from them. Naturally, I didn't buy anything. And there was no thing to sink directly into the soul. Not the slightest education, tact and communication skills with clients. Explain something to them without options, they talk like crazy. In the end, I already freaked out, turned around and left. I can buy such things in Russia. If you are from the Stavropol Territory, their faces immediately shrink, because they understand that Pyatigorsk is nearby and we have a lot of such good there. They begin to broadcast intensively that they have super quality and there is no such thing there. For comparison, I bought fur and leather products in Greece.
