The officer's interest, humanity, and understanding of service are top-notch. A person who loves his job. Friendly is trying to help you. He is not someone trying to get you out of his head. Those who say PTT is at work. PTT but they ignore the human factor in it. It is hopeful to see these people if they are rare. Thank you exist
