Sebze konusunda da sıkıntı var. Taze gelen sebzeler, kısa bir müddet sonra canlılığını yitiriyor. Onları canlı tutacak sulama sistemi olmalı.
Bir de temizlik konusu var. Satışı çok olmayan yiyecekler raflarda, sebzelerin yanında tozlanıyor. Bu da ister istemez büyük bir marketi bakkal havasına sokuyor.
Eleştiriler biraz sert oldu ancak böyle bir yatırımın heba olmaması adına faydalı olacağı kanaatindeyim.
Snacks are everywhere, it hasn't settled down yet. Although they are taken to the entrance part with the latest arrangement, these snacks are also located in the relatively dark places of the market.
There is also a problem with vegetables. Fresh vegetables lose their vitality after a short time. There must be an irrigation system to keep them alive.
There's also the issue of cleanliness. Foods that are not for sale are dusty on the shelves, next to the vegetables. This inevitably makes a big market look like a grocery store.
The criticisms were a bit harsh, but I believe that such an investment would be beneficial in order not to waste it.
