The Sign Esentepe Hotel & Ski Center

We stayed at the hotel between January 21-23. In the comments, they said that there is no elevator, yes there is, but after 5 steps from the entrance, you come to the 2nd floor, they also provide convenience to families. There were comments that the breakfast food was mediocre, we stayed for 2 days, the breakfast and dinner was very satisfactory in terms of taste, cleanliness and variety. Our room was cleaned again on the morning of the 2nd day, all towels were changed and the missing parts were completed. I would like to thank all the Sign Esentepe employees and the kitchen team, especially Mr. Ismail, who made us leave our 2 days holiday satisfied. I would also like to thank Mr. İsmail for his solution-oriented approach. On the other hand, the ski center has a very sufficient track for beginners to get rid of the novice. We were novices, we learned to ski there :) If you are just starting out, this place is ideal. It may not be enough for the professionals :) I would like to thank the ski center staff

Since we were guests before the pandemic and were satisfied, we wanted to try again and we were satisfied again. In fact, this surprised me because when there was a crisis everywhere and the quality of the food had decreased, I had lowered my expectations a lot when I came. But we left the hotel sadly because it exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are the best they can be. I would like to thank especially Tahir Bey and his team. They were very involved and relevant. Me and my family were very satisfied. The hotel was very very good in terms of view, food, comfort, price and performance. As a ski track, it is small but ideal for beginners or those who want it not to be too crowded. It was ideal for us as we wanted less people on the track. Finally, I would like to thank again Mr. Tahir and all the personnel whose names I could not ask.

Rooms are standard and a bit small. When we wanted to stay with 2 adults and 2 children, when an extra bed was placed, there was no room to open a suitcase in the room. However, the size is not bad without the extra bed. The room and interior of the hotel are a bit old, but we did not have a problem with it. Breakfast and dinner in half board was good, although not very diverse. We especially loved our new Operations Manager, he was very interested in all customers. However, there is still much to be developed. If the runway of the hotel is about 4km away, it is reached by a narrow, phone-free road. There is very little space to park. For this reason, it is useful to go with the shuttle provided by the hotel, but in that case, there is a time dependency. The hotel operates the process in a way that provides transportation when requested as much as possible. The track can only please beginners, it is very horizontal. It is not possible to make a board. It can be said that it is good for learning skiing and there is only 1 short track. The nature around the hotel is very beautiful, quiet, at the bottom of the forest and the air is very clean. In general, I can say that we are satisfied with the price performance.

In every region of Turkey and in many provinces, we host especially student groups and organize different events. Among the most striking features of this hotel are; Food, which comes to mind when it comes to service and is most open to interpretation, is at the top level at The Sign Esentepe Hotel. Even in these troubled economic conditions, the food is at the highest level and incredibly delicious. We have stayed in many Bolu hotels, but frankly, we have never tasted such delicious food. 2. The important issue is personnel. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Because we are in the business and we constantly criticize; No qualified staff comments do not apply to this hotel. Because the staff is qualified. There is a very respectful and transparent staffing. 3. The issue is hygiene. It is due to the point of view of the hotel staff that hygiene is a red line in all areas. They pay attention to hygiene at a level that can manage the crisis. They deserve the compliment. When we talk about a business that passes these three important issues with full points, other details are just details. Our hotel manager, Mr. Erkan, is very successful in his profession, has a good command of all departments and manages the process professionally. Frankly, we haven't met a business manager with this professionalism in a long time. Mr. Tahir, our food and beverage manager, displays a very sincere stance with his gentleman identity, meticulously giving his job justice. Both of our managers show a friendly and sincere attitude with the guests. Most importantly , they produce instant solutions in front of the eyes of the guests . We congratulate and appreciate them and their staff in this regard. We would like to thank them for their cooperation in our LGS camp organizations that we carried out together between 9-16 April 2022 and for not embarrassing us against our schools, teachers and students. On the mid-term holiday so we had stayed 2 nights with my family in the busiest season. Our room was ready when we arrived. We checked at check-in without waiting for our room. We had a clean and warm room. Tea is given as coffee and water Catering. You can afford your other needs at room service or lobby. The second day our room was cleaned again, towels were renovated and the waters we finished and the teas were placed again. Breakfast and evening meals were both kinds of adequately and it was very tasty. It was a separate deletion, especially those made with milk such as slippage and milk like the milk of the region. The hotel staff were hot and helpful. They helped immediately if we were asking. Ski resort is about 7 km from the hotel. Away but the hotel's service is taken away with it. In the ski resort, licensed teachers are paid training. Non-training recruits are not removed to the runway. I think it was a very nice measure if the novice skiers are involved in the crash. Even young children were safely slipping. Even if they don't know the shift they can learn quickly and secure even in this way. Ski equipment is rented in the facility. The runway is just fine for the start and middle level. New runways will be opened to the year. In both the hotel and ski resort, the precautions were taken to Covid-19 in closed areas. There are masks and disinfectants everywhere. Restaurant was ventilated after the meal and the tables were cleaned with individual disinfectant. Although the customers do not show the necessary importance, it is the way that we are unfortunately anywhere we are. If you are tightened in the hotel, there is a promenade in the face opposite the hotel, you can walk and get fresh air if your energy left. We wanted to extend very satisfied with 2 nights not enough but we could not extend our holiday as the hotel is full. I hope we will come to the year again. Thanks to the hotel staff for hospitality.
