The view and food were magnificent. Thank you very much for the special attention and interest of all employees and especially Mustafa Chef. Service and hygiene was great.

The restaurant is very beautiful and luxurious. That's all. The letter in euros. They explained to us that it was house policy, but it is evident that the Turks are presented with the letter in lire with lower prices. Since I have lived in Turkey four years ago I have never been presented with a menu in euros and I have visited the best restaurants in Anlara and Istanbul. The food menu is scarce and very basic, without great elaborations. We ordered two different pasta dishes and both were served with the same pesto sauce, much better indeed. The starter we ordered could not be prepared and in the end we ordered some grilled vegetables that were served cold. As for the wine, an extensive menu at disproportionate prices. We chose a local wine of the year whose price in the cellar is 50 lire and they did not charge it at 40 euros, that is, 5 times more expensive. They also add 12% for the service, which must be recognized as good, although it is not surprising, since we were the only diners in the restaurant.

The most prominent place among fine dining choices in the region. the view is beautiful, the staff is concerned, the menu is high quality. the recipe in which only küşleme is made with bacon did not appeal to me, but it was still delicious. The lamb shank was tremendous, the cheesecake was successful. My coffee arrived 15 minutes late because he forgot to press the machine inside, but they were enthusiastic by offering him. The prices are very reasonable according to the taste of the food, the location of the place, the attention of the staff and the general quality. a glass of local wine, two pre-hot meals, one main course, one dessert 260 TL. very reasonable.

Very good in pasta similar to the Italian one but good also in the Turkish dishes which are however very tasty and rich in spices. They use a lot of almonds, raisins and pistachio and vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes and eggplant ... The turkish coffee I was served long as the American mz with a more intense flavor so much so that they call black coffee but I got an espresso and despite is similar to ours the taste remains more intense like theirs. Good appearance of yoghurt with muesli and fruit and the same taste in every place ... especially the bread rich in seeds and some with a look similar to croissants or donuts ...

Among the fine dining restaurants in Cappadocia, The Plum has by far the best service and ambience. I especially admire their passion for wine. The wine menu has a small but good selection of local, national and international wines but it is a bit overpriced. Unfortunately I cannot praise their food as much as main dishes were just the standard fare without much innovation, and some appetizers were a bit too salty. The food menu and its execution needs a bit more work. Otherwise I can recommend this restaurant to every discerning visitor in Cappadocia.

What a superb find in Cappadocia. Exceptional attentive and knowledgable staff. Gorgeous sun terraces with "hobby" sized vineyard laced with lavender overlooking a breathtaking view of Goreme. Come to stay or have cocktails on the terrace before dinner. Chef Mustafa's cuisine is on point. Must try the shorba (soup of the day) and the lavender infused pannacotta!! Though a luxury find in the region, totally affordable compared to eurpoean and North America meals with a dicerning local winelist. The charming manager Vehbi is also a sommelier. Perfect, kind service from the whole team (Kaan and Seren). Bravo. The fact that they made the hotel sustainable means it can be with class, beauty and attention to detail. LOVE it. We hope to come and stay with you next time!!!
