All things about the hotel is perfect.Specially good staff and good animation team

We had a lovely time rooms basic but clean food good and staff all very polite and friendly

Located just near the city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel receptionists are very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to Good foods and very good pool bar. The pool bar of hotel was great. Overall experience was awesome .I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You won't be regret.

The food was very correct. The swimming pool is cool and the room are spacious.

I been there with my family almost 10 person and 4 rooms on September 21 , 2018 to 28 . All reception staff was very nice and friendly . Location is great. Outdoor pool facilities were not good, all umbrellas were damaged. Serving time in the restaurant was short . The food has not variety and not enough hot . Rooms were okay but in my room the bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. Windows hasn’t lace .

Very good and kind staff. Welcoming people , and the people from the kitchen are amazing ! Especially Osman !

Just back from my second stay at The Panorama Hill Hotel and it was just as good as last time. The entertainment had improved and there was much more going on during the day, which was nice if you wanted it. There was always a great selection of food and the main courses varied from day to day - although the basic things for breakfast / lunch and dinner generally remain the same (huge salads, sliced meats and cheeses, bread various fruits etc) The rooms are clean, the towels were changed daily and everything worked, so no complaints there at all. The only downside to this hotel is that it is right at the top of the hill, hence the name. Its about a fifteen minute walk to the seafront and the footpaths outside are not the best (so its difficult if you have a pushchair or a disability) The bus stops right outside the hotel (going to town and back) so you don't have to cross the road and its 3 lira to town per person (about 50p) I would definitely go back there again - ok its not the Ritz and if you're going to moan about a hair in the sink or dust behind the radiators then its probably not for you. But if you want a place with stunning views, good food, friendly staff and full sunshine then book it without a second thought !

Very good hotel! Food is tasty, but is the same every day, the bar offers many types of alcohol and stuff is kind Also beach and city at distance 1,5 km from hotel Animation was on the excellent level: every evening it was party time with discotheque, a lot of contests with fun prizes Batuhan (name of one of animator) is very friendly and neighbourly animator.
