★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got chance to stay at the hotel due to my flight cancellation due to thunder storm in nyc...they gave complementary dinner at this The North Shield I understand its complementary but you don’t server under cooked to your customers and toss plates on the table staff lack basic dining rule to be polite ... and on top i wanted order separate stuff which i m willing to pay from my pocket cuz i i didn’t like the one the serve everyone...he gave me a look like i m asking free food or i will include in the bill ...so disappointed with service of this ppl
