Do not stay here. We stay in many hotels in Turkey each year, and are very experienced in operating tours and group meetings and conferences. I hope to never stay here again. I want to share some of my experiences from this past week... Some personnel here are great, friendly and responsive to requests and needs. Others have no clue about providing service to guests and when you ask for something they look at you like you're from another planet. We requested an extra bed for our son FOUR TIMES before it came, just in time to put him to bed (6 hours later). The hotel management has serious communication issues--you ask for something and they tell you they're on top of it, sending it right away. But there is no follow-through. The facilities are nice and fairly clean, and the childcare room is fantastic. We had a large group of children staying for a long weekend, and they were thirsty. We asked the hotel staff to bring them water, and they gave us a ridiculous response that it was against their hotel policy to bring water to the children's room... What kind of policy is this?? Surely not aimed at customer satisfaction or meeting the needs of guests--especially children. We ended up taking water ourselves. The meeting space was nice and was sufficient for our meetings. The rooms were spacious and clean, but water leaked from the shower and left a pool on the floor each day. Many people in our group got sick from the food. One pregnant lady in our group missed a whole day of meetings because she was throwing up. Another man in our group still has diarrhea 4 days after checking out. Many other in our group had similar issues. The thermal pool, sauna, and hamam were nice. The worst part about our experience: a man in our group made the mistake of leaving/forgetting his ID at the reception desk after he checked out of the hotel. His mistake. But the hotel took all his contact information upon check in, and also had contact information for everyone in our group. He went to board a flight 4 days after check out and realized at the airport that he didn't have his ID. THE HOTEL, AFTER 4 DAYS, NEVER CALLED ANYONE IN OUR GROUP TO TELL US THAT SOMEONE LEFT AN ID CARD BY MISTAKE. I'd give this hotel "0" stars if I could.

The Ness Termal Hotel definitely not 5 star hotel. I stayed there for 5 days. What I didn't like ?: - at first day gave us the worst stinking room and I had headache for 24 hours until I asked to change that bloody room with very thin walls that I can hear 3 elevators. - dirty bathroom with black mold. - Internet comes and goes all the time so it makes not possible to watch online, so only tv - poor breakfast - even no kettle in the room What I like ?: + nice hot swimming pool with jacuzzi option. + turkish hammam bat smells bad + sauna but works not properly + well equipped fitness but again with bad smell +SPA has separate woman part with good sauna and one more hot swimming pool + I really enjoyed dinners ? Every day testy soup and you can choose for main meal meet or chicken. As a resume I will not stay again at least if the owners not clean up the pipes (to get rid of disgusting smell)
