And i have learned&showned all this proper information from Thelifeco and dont know how to thank them,everything was on point,as always accommodation was wonderful,customer service ect. Was excellent never seen a better hotel& well-being centre in my life...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not friendly at all (with few exceptions) they made most of our stay uncomfortable, because of their unfriendly attitude. This program is good for fat people that need to lose weight and not slim people ! Slim people ,you will stay hungry most of the time and staff is not interested (or not paid enough) to help you change your food intake and add something extra ,they are not communicative and most of the time you need to be looking for them to find them, at the end you will not get even a goodbye ! The only worth ur money thing is "Angel of water" machine !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there couple of times to check it out because I am staying in the hotel. They are not welcoming and are quick to point out that they are an independent and not part of the hotel. The prices are ridiculous for what they are offering, truly ridiculous. The lack of transparency make seem like they have predatory pricing. The place is deserted and now I understand why. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews because I am a business owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spa and massages are great, but I don't recommend visitng dr. Hamdam of doing any face treatment with her. She didn't do very good job with my PRP treatment, even I specifically asked to correct my eyebags, she had done only one, and when I asked correction, she charged two other treatments telling me that will corect it, but it didn't. So my face eyebags are still not the same after few weeks. She also always late and move appointments. Very unprofessional. Everything else is great.
