Teknik elamanlar; teknik öğretmenler, fizikçi, kimyager veya biyolog unvanına sahip olanlar ile üniversitelerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği lisans veya ön lisans programı mezunlarını, ifade eder.
İş Güvenliği Uzmanlığı Temel Eğitim Programının Genel Yapısı
İş güvenliği uzmanlarının eğitim programları teorik ve uygulamalı olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşur ve programın içeriği ile programda görevli eğiticilerin nitelikleri Genel Müdürlükçe belirlenir. Eğitim programının süresi, teorik kısmı 180 saatten, uygulama kısmı 40 saatten ve toplamda 220 saatten az olamaz ve bu kısımlar ancak tek bir program dâhilinde uygulanabilir. Teorik eğitimin en fazla yarısı uzaktan eğitim ile verilebilir. Uygulamalı eğitimler, iş güvenliği uzmanları için en az bir iş güvenliği uzmanının görevlendirilmiş olduğu işyerlerinde yapılır.
İş güvenliği uzmanı belgesi sahibi olan kişilerin, belgelerini aldıkları tarihten itibaren beş yıllık aralıklarla belgelerini vize ettirmeleri zorunludur.
Who can be a Occupational Safety Specialist?
Investigators who have been authorized by the Ministry to work in the field of occupational health and safety, have occupational safety expertise certificate, supervise the working life in the Ministry and related institutions, and graduates of technical or architectural education and technical staff.
Technical staff; refers to those who have the title of technical teachers, physicist, chemist or biologist and graduates of undergraduate or associate degree programs of universities.
General Structure of Occupational Safety Specialist Basic Training Program
Training programs of occupational safety specialists consist of two parts: theoretical and practical. The content of the program and the qualifications of the trainers involved in the program are determined by the General Directorate. The duration of the training program cannot be less than 180 hours, the theoretical part less than 40 hours, and a total of 220 hours, and these parts can only be implemented within a single program. at least half of the theoretical training delivered by distance learning. Applied trainings are held in workplaces where at least one occupational safety specialist is assigned for occupational safety specialists.
Persons holding occupational safety specialists are required to have their visa issued at five-year intervals from the date they receive their certificates.
