★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk verilen odada tuvalet kullanilmis ve sifon bile cekilmemisti. Ardindan yeni bir odayi hazirlamalari icin 40dk kadar bekledik. Yeni odanin da zemin halisi son derece pisti. Oda duzeni ve kalite seviyesi cok dusuk. Temizlik onemli bir unsur ve nasil olmasi gerektigi hakkinda bilgileri yok
 The toilet was used in the first room and not even a flush. Then we waited for 40 minutes for them to prepare a new room. The floor carpet of the new room was also very runny. Room layout and quality level is very low. Cleanliness is an important element and they have no idea how it should be

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 Kasım günü 2 aile buraya geldik. 10 dk kapıda bekledik resepsiyon boş. Odaya çıktık arkadaşlarımızın odasında banyo kirliydi dolapta başkasının montu vardı odayı değiştirdiler, diğer odanın kliması çalışmıyordu. Isıtıcı verdiler. Dolap kapağı kırıktı. Sabah bizim odada zaten zor çalışan gürüktüsüyle uyandık duş alalım dedik su buz gibi. 8:30 da haber verdik, personel uyuyakalmış şartel atmış söylenene göre açtık 5 dk ya ısınır dedi ama ısınmadı azcık ılımış suda üşüyerek duş aldık. Pandemi nedeniyle zaten kahvaltısı da yokmuş.hesaplı diye geldik ama 190₺ yi hakeden bir hizmet değildi. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
On November 7, 2 families came here. We waited at the door for 10 minutes and the reception was empty. We went to the room, the bathroom was dirty in our friends' room, there was someone else's coat in the cupboard, they changed the room, the air conditioner of the other room was not working. They gave a heater. The cupboard door was broken. In the morning we woke up with the already hard working gut in our room, we said let's take a shower, the water is ice cold. We informed him at 8:30, the staff had fallen asleep and said it was said to be hungry for 5 minutes, but it did not get hot, we took a shower in the slightly warm water. He didn't have breakfast anyway because of the pandemic. We came because he was on account, but it was not a service that deserved 190₺. I do not suggest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff don't speak English, only Turkish. Breakfast coming late, after 7 am. If you must go to work, you late ☺️. Rooms are ok, clean. Bathroom clean but poor. Anyway, two stars.
