★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice receptionist and friendly staff. I had trouble with the key reader, it got solved fast. However the hotel is outdated and can need a good makeover. It's rather not clean. The rooms are spacious, the location really not nice., at the junction of a very busy road and next to railways. I am afraid but this is no where close to 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Free parking garage, easily accessible and plenty of parking spots. Excellent breakfast buffet like a 4 star hotel. Great views from the window, but the windows are dirty from the outside making it hard to see. Staff is very polite and professional. The receptionist was accomodating and spoke English well. Being that this is a majority Muslim country, I have to say I am disappointed with the alcohol in the mini bar inside the rooms, the bar downstairs, on the menu, and offered during room service even though not ordered. Otherwise this is an excellent hotel.
