EMS sistemi faydalı olsa da iyi bir antrenör eşliğinde yapılması daha da önemli... Salonun kurucusu EMS üzerine bilimsel çalışma yapmış bir antrenör olması daha da güven veriyor ☺️ I was someone who went to regular fitness for 3 years.
