The Cork Gastropub - Pak Sk. No.1

The fish and chips was horrendous and despite telling the waiters they just ignored us! It's also way more pricey than other pubs here in Ankara. Editing: based on the reply of the owner himself I now see where the waiters get their manners from. Who told you we didn't try the fish?! Of course we did... it was days old and tasted off and the texture was rubbery. It was disgusting to say the least and you ought to be ashamed of even serving it! Instead of acting like a snub, you could apologize for the behavior of your waiters and ask us to give your pub another shot but obviously you just lack in customer service manners and have no idea what English fish and chips should taste like! Again another edit: I just can't believe how pathetic you are (the owner that is) do you honestly think that anyone reading this post is actually going to believe that a mum ordered her 3 years old daughter a fish dish, which she absolutely refused after just one bite, and didn't try it herself?! Seriously? And to prove it, how about I come over to your pub and we can check the cameras' footage together and I can show you myself eating from that horrific dish? Oh and one last thing, instead of making petty comments about different matters, that are just non of your business, why don't you just try to address the problem at hand? ( that your servers, and you, couldve handled the situation a lot better and everyone would've been happy)

Bit of a trek to get here but worth it. Great English food available at a good price. Decor very pleasant and relaxing. Serve quick and efficient.

This is a very elegant place with excellent live music, a very wide food and drink menu and kindest staff. Strongly recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy a delightful evening. And do not worry about the prices :)

The espresso martini was impeccable one of the best I’ve ever had, the cocktail waiter Tam is an inspiration & his cocktails are renowned throughout the community & didn't disappoint with his personal varieties of cocktails, can’t recommend it highly enough

You can find an extensive menu consisting dishes from world cuisine, along with the beverages. There was also live music (piano&vocal) in this cozy place - on Saturday evening. The owner also made a very thoughtful gesture, demonstrating the importance they give to their customers. Staff is very motivated and attentive. In short we had an excellent evening and will be coming for breakfast too :) thank you once again!

This place is amazing. By far the best bar in town maybe even in whole Turkey. Atmosphere is great, music is great and of course bartender guy Tan makes just amazing coctails. You dont need to chose from the menu. Just tell him what you want. Something sweet? Maybe something strong or a soft drink. He will understand what you need and will give what you need. Just great personel and great place. just go there. You are going to love it

The Cork is one of the most international pub in Ankara that makes people feel comfortable. I really love their cocktails and app. Please dont forget to try New York sour or Margarita ! if you wanna get drunk please try both ;)

Fantastic Meal really good Menu's especially if you like Pork and Bratwurst. Highly recommended but maybe make a reservation in the busy times as it's very popular
