Bir dönem içinde kac defa temizlikçi değişti sayamadık resmen temizlik haftada bir oluyorsa dua edicek konuma geliyorsunuz bir süre sonra. Isıtma sorunu yüzünden kaldığımız 8 ayın en az 6 ayını hasta geçirdik gece sürekli kombiyi kapatıyorlar yurdun başındaki yönetici zaten hiç söz etmiyorum bile. Aklınız varsa başka yurtlara bakın. One of the worst dormitories you can stay in Eskişehir. Nothing written in the contract is fulfilled. We could not count how many cleaners changed in a period, officially, if cleaning happens once a week, you come to the position to pray. We spent at least 6 months of the 8 months we stayed because of the heating problem. They shut down the combi boiler constantly at night, I don't even mention the manager at the head of the dormitory. If you have a mind, look at other dormitories.

Temizlik yapan ablalar çok anlayışlı ve gerçekten temiz yapıyorlar. Yönetim çok güzel yöneticiler çok anlayışlı ve her konuda destek oluyorlar . Kesinlikle önerebileceğim bir yer güvenle kalabilirsiniz. Sorunsuz bir kurum :) Apart from the very nice university bus it is very easy to get to the tram bus very close. Cleaning is done very nicely. The cleaners are very understanding and really clean. Management is very nice managers are very understanding and support in everything. Definitely a place I can recommend you can stay safely. A seamless institution :)

Yöneticilerden birinin "biz de seni istemiyoruz,istesen de kalamazsın" şeklindeki saldırgan tavrı inanılmaz yanlıştı. (Sene içinde kendileriyle bir problem yaşamamama rağmen bu şekilde yaklaştılar) Ev tutmak için gelmeme rağmen bana anında odamı boşaltmam için ısrarcı davrandılar. 1 gün bile vermediler hakkım olmasına rağmen. Özellikle yöneticileri kaba ve anlayışsız. Hiç tabsiye etmiyorum çünkü eninde sonunda siz de bir problem yaşayacaksınız,buna emin olabilirsiniz. I stayed in the apartment for 1 year. I didn't have any problems in the year, but when I came to get my belongings because of Corona virus, they were worse than firing me. The aggressive attitude of one of the rulers, "We don't want you, you can't stay or want," was incredibly wrong. (They approached this way even though I had no problems with them within the year.) Although I came to hold a house, they insisted that I empty my room instantly. Even though I was entitled, they did not give even 1 day. Especially their managers are rude and unsympathetic. I do not have any tastes because you will eventually have a problem, you can be sure of it.

Taksitle ödeyenler ise Mart ayını ödediler sonrasında ödeme yapmadılar. Yurt yetkilisi ödemeyi alırken ve pazarlık ederken karşımızda kral gibiydi. Şimdi ben çalışanım ben karışmam diyor. Yurt sahibinin telefonunu vermiyor. E mail adresi veriyor. E mail adresine mail attık dönüş yok. Sonuç olarak avukata vereceğim. Hakkımıda sonuna kadar arayacağım. Sizlere de asla tavsiye etmem. Yine de anlaşırsanız mutlaka faturanızı ve makbuzlarını varsa senetlerinizi alın. Bu durumlarda yüzüstü kalırsınız.. As the rooms are clean, quality apart, there is quick access to everything, the staff is very relevant and it is a privilege to be close to the university, I especially recommend it to students.

Para atıyoruz yetmeyince kapanıyor çamaşırlarımız su içinde makinede kalıyor. İnternet doğru düzgün çekmiyor. Odada telefon bile çekmiyor. Eskişehir soğuk bir yer ve nisan gelir gelmez petekler kapatıldı. Şikayet ediyoruz kimse ilgilenmiyor. Odalar buz gibi verdikleri cevap 'dayanın biraz'. Ailemiz arıyor onları engelliyorlar. Muhatap olacağınız biri yok bir sorununuz olduğunda kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Regret. Laundry is a problem in itself.
