I ordered waffles from the site known online. It arrived in a long time, the material quality was good, it was well packaged but the incoming waffle was too cold. When I said this cold to the staff who came without a mask, he gave an interesting answer as if it was getting colder because of what we put into it. I looked at the comments on the relevant site and on google, while the business owner wrote answers such as thank you and bon appetit to those who made good comments, and gave unpleasant answers to those who made bad comments. As a result, the product came out very cold, I am giving a low score. If you pay attention to their complaints instead of getting angry with low commenters, maybe you'll get less bad reviews.

We made 2 waffle packs to eat at home, it was a woman's hair, it was disgusting, it was really hygienic, the strawberries were sour, we called and explained the situation, they said that they were busy and it could be due to this disgrace.
