Bu otele 3.defa gelisimiz bir cok ülke de sayısını bilmediğim kadar otelde konakladım fakat fiyat hizmet temizlik nezaket ile harmanlasan olagan üstü yemek lezzeti ve sunum olagan üstüydü.her geldiğimizde üstüne bir seyler ekleyip kaliteyi arttırıp bu işletmenin gözümüzde hatayda hafta sonu tatili için tercih edecegimiz kendi evimiz görmeye basladık evet abartı degil...ilk giris te resepsiyonda güler yüzü ile bizi karsılayan Yusuf beye yanında olan kadın arkadasa, restauranta bir seyler yemek içmek isterseniz zarif ve güleryüzleriyle sizi Anıl ve Yelda nın güzel ilgili servisleri ile mest etmeleriyle beraber bize yemekleri yapan mutfakta ki seflere her ne kadar görmesekte bizlere sundukları tabak ve lezzet söleninden kalplerini ve işe harcadıkları emek alınteri kişiliklerini ortaya koyuyordu en azından ben o tabaktan görüyordum... Bu ekip isimlerini hatırladığım ve hatırlıyamadıgım bütün ekip otel the ada calısan bütün emekcilere tesekkürü borc bilirim emeğinize saglık en kısa zamanda görüşmek ümidi ile... Tabiki bu ekibin mimarı olan vedat beyi unutmamak gerek???.. mukakak buraya gelin deneyin abartmadıgımı göreceksiniz....!!! First of all The island ...! Ancak stajeri mi çalıştırıyor ondan mı bilemiyorum hep eleman değişiyor. Tam sevdiğim kahveyi tarif ettirip tutturdum diyorum bir sonraki gidiş eleman değişmiş kahve istediğim gibi olmuyor tabi. Buna bir çözüm bulunursa çok sevinirim. Hepsi iyi genelde elemanlar ama bilmeyince ayar olmuyor. Önce ki yıl ki kızlar çok tatlı idi, niye çıktılarsa.. Kahve çeşitliliğini oturtursanız belki eleman değişse de hayal kırıklığı yaşamam, ufak nacizane bir istek sadece. The smiling face and courteous behavior of the employees is not very common there, we are glad for that.
