Tez Tour

Крайне не рекомендую приобретать экскурсии у тез тура, только если вы не любите на каждом этапе ждать очень долго. Поехали с ними в аквапарк land of legend с отеля club of Sierra должны были забрать в 9.00, опоздали на 40 минут, затем ещё в 4х отелях по 10-20 минут ждали, по итогу в аквапарк зашли только в 12 часов дня.. на обратной дороге должны были забрать в 17.00 и отвезти в отель, автобус приехал с опозданием на час, сначала поехал в противоположную сторону и развернулся через километр... потом нелогично петлял между отелями из-за чего ушло ещё полтора часа на дорогу... в 17.50 должны были быть в отели, оказались там только в 19.40... полный ужас и разочарование от их трансфера, выбираейте что угодно только не их для поездок на экскурсии в 2-3 раза дороже и по качеству экскурсии также в 2-3 раза хуже :) никогда больше в жизни не поеду с ними ;)

Мошенники!!! Заплатили за отель две недели назад до вылета, бронь подтвердили. По приезду обманным путем (якобы на сутки, фосфор) заселили в отель худшего класс, расположения, питания. Кошмар. Никому ничего не докажешь. Отношения скотское!!! Отдых испорчен!!!

В первый раз столкнулась с такой ситуацией. Отельный гид так и не пришёл на встречу. Хотя было обидно, мы планировали поездить на экскурсии и активности. В итоге покупали туры в ближайшей фирме. Гид так и не объявился, об отъезде и времени отлёта узнавала в агентстве напрямую. Вопрос стоял важный нас заберут в аэропорт или придётся ехать на такси. Я все время в Турцию только с тезтуром, но судя по всему надо менять опноатора.

So very dissatisfied with Tez Tour's services. We landed on saturday in Antalya, next day -on Sunday have met our travel agent Alexandrina (she came with another man but soon after we've met, he disappeared). However, we have chosen one trip to Myra Demre next week on Wednesday and Pamukkale on Thursday. Not only that the trip to Pamukkale has been cancelled, but dear Alexandrina just passed a note to the travel agent who was looking after us in Myra as 'no too many people for the Pamukkale group'. Once we've got to the hotel after the Myra excursion we have contacted Alexandrina to found out that the coaches to Pamukkale actually were full and sadly they had to cancel our trip (just the evening before the trip). 2 different stories from Tez...... Very dissapointed on their behaviour as we were really keen to see Pamukkale and if we knew from advance we would have booked the trip through turkish agents who were much cheaper anyway...... Not recommended at all, staff though is very smiley :)))))

Everything seemed to be just fine until we got to our hotel. We paid for 2 separated rooms each one for 2 people but they gave us an "apartament" for 4 people. We also paid for a cruise which was supposed to begin at 16.30. It was all perfect until our bus was 1h late. Our guide was extremely rude: she was brash and she did not apologize for being late

Disgusting attitude towards us, GUIDE ALEXANDRU. He advice us for anithing we ask, to go to reception. We ask him to tel what hour in the morning pick us up( we ask at noo ;he registred his answear and said after 8 he will anounce us , why we down t know this!? At 22 in the evening, with 4 children, we down t know nothing. We thank for his profesionalism and atitude??‍♀️We will call a taxi, becouse mister Alexandru down t want to tell us . When we ask about PCR test , he know….nothing??? only advise us to ask reception. I think he have a very good job doing nothing

The guide had to learn (a lot) how to speak with guest. Unfortunatly, our guid Alexandru, was not only rude, but he really swore at us .I can t say anything good about him, the agency should choose people better! He call us shamless because we dared to ask a question.Pity!

The travel guide, Mrs Dorina intentionally told us that the trip to Pamukkale is relaxing, because we declined all other trips due to travel distance! She told us that we will go early in the morning, which in she's vision means 3 AM. She sent a message to our friends, not to me, at 11 PM about the departure time which is very unusual. My girlfriend is pregnant, she knew it! How did she imagined that this will be a relaxing trip for her!?! 7 hours bus trip to reach Pamukkale! 3 hours we visited Pamukkale! And 7 hours trip back to our resort! We had several stops, strategic stops, to buy some things from different markets. This agency has a cut from what you buy, they recommend all items! Some things are very nice, good quality, but this trips are a part of a big scenario! Everything is arranged! You will eat in the middle of nowhere, those restaurants are working only because of these organized trips! The food is a joke! The Cleopatra's baths is also a joke, full of hair everywhere and the water is dirty! They will ask for another payment before you will see the water! You will pay more to go for Cleopatra's bath which I don't recommend! Terrible trip!
