Teymur Continental Hotel

Very accommodation staff. The breakfast was definitely a highlight of my stay here. Omar was very kind and helpful. On last day at checkout they offered and packed breakfast for us voluntarily which was super kind.

Nice clean and central. Sound isolation is not perfect especially if there is a wedding party in the hotel.

I stayed in Teymur hotel for a week, it's a good standard hotel with caring staff. Bahar Bazari (chief of intendance) was very friendly and helpful.

It's the worst hotel I stayed in, the receptionist give us one key for 3 people, when we asked for more key, she was not pleased and give us head shake, no customer service at all. The room was not clean, no shampoo, or body wash, nor had a bar. I made my reservation through American Express. When we checked out. The receptionist doesn't want us to use AE because the fees are high. I told her I had to use AE Finally, she did use my AE card. I Was not happy with their service at all. Definitely, it's not a 5-star hotel 2 the most. This is a response. I feel strongly to respond because unfortunately everything was said by the supervisor Serkan was not true and a lie. What a shame? Very good , nice and cosy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is at rooftop bar and very comprehensive. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Best part is beds are extremely comfortable. I definitely recommend here.
