★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old fashioned Karadeniz hospitality. Nice beds, clean rooms, excellent housekeeping and wonderful polite staff who were eager to make our stay a pleasure. Any problem we had was resolved immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was very classic and boring and I don't like that you need to tell the helpers / cashiers to get food. There were hair pieces on the sink in the bathroom and it was wet and it was not clean. This hotel is not family friendly and not very nice people around the hotel, it definitely deserves one star.
