Sketchers dan aldığım ayakkabıda 1 ay gibi bir sürede üzerinde çizgi oluştu. 2 kere incelemeye gönderdim fakat kendi hatalarını kabul etmiyorlar. Müşteri hizmetleri konuyu çözmek için hiç yardımcı olmadı. Bu konunun peşini bırakmayacağım ve vermiş olduğum miktarın karşısında görmüş olduğum muamele hiç tatmin edici değil.
Although the shoes I bought had their own mistakes, they did not accept and I give them to the consumer arbitration committee. When buying shoes here, think twice. The line I bought from Sketchers formed a line on it in a month. I sent it 2 times for review, but they do not accept their own mistakes. Customer service did not help at all to solve the issue. I will not chase this issue and the treatment I received against the amount I have given is not satisfactory at all.
