Amazing, love the place and everything that is here. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Will definitely be staying here again! Theres a restaurant on the beach and deck chairs that belong to the hotel which the hotel guests can use. Really a great place for couples or families!

Nice hotel. Taste food. Big swimming pool. Clean rooms. Little far from bigger cities. The stay was pleasant for us.

Excellent swimming pool, for kids and adults. Good spa center. Recommend Turkish bath and massage. Very poor gym. Good price for all inclusive.

The hotel is very clean.Food is delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach is close to the hotel (2min with the bus).Everything was so beautiful.

The staff are very friendly and work hard. The pool is okay. But then… the food. What a horror. Got sick on the first day from very cold meat. Asked if it could be refrigerated which was not possible. It and fish is only served cold. I don't just have to eat soup and salad to avoid getting sick again.. which is just not possible because we also paid a lot of money for our holiday. In the evening we no longer eat in the hotel and we go to a restaurant outside the hotel.. really outrageous. The hotel staff won't do anything about it. We are not currently staying at the hotel but will not recommend it to others purely for the food.

The hotel is very nice and clean The only disadvantage of the hotel is that he is 15 away from the beach by foot. But the shuttle bus is very good and fast option. The food is nice and our room was very clean

We have been in this hotel for 11 days and the overall experience is good. The hotel has three different swimming pools, which was a plus, especially for our kid. Staff working in the restaurants is really nice and helpful. The bald guy working at the reception desk was really arogant and rude. He shouted at me when I told him I don't like the room because it was smelling really bad inside and he suggested I can have a better one if I pay more. Fortunately resident from coral travel talked with him and they gave us different room. Food was good,hotel offers variety of fruits. Very delicious desserts. The problem is that the Staff working in the hotel does not speak english. IT was problematic to order a drink or pick food in the restaurant. You had to show with your finger what you want which is shocking for a five star hotel. Very nice animators, always smiling and engaging. Rooms cleaned every day.

Hotel could be okay. The staff is nice, the rooms are in ok shape and the food is alright. But almost nobody is wearing a mask inside the hotel in times of a pandemic. At the buffet most are wearing a mask but mostly not covering the nose. I told the reception and the management but they don't care. There is a beach shuttle but if course most of the time the bus driver was the only one who wore a mask. The staff is mostly wearing masks. But the guests are not. If you care about your health: Stay away!
