It is a place in Sivas that I will never recommend and will never go to again. We had a rez done, but his relative passed away, and he could not come, so an extra service fee was requested. Don't be fooled by the word "children are free" mentioned in the advertisement. An extra charge of 40 TL is taken from the children under the name of the service fee. Unfortunately, every product was left and dried on the tray served as breakfast. Don't expect hot products, they all come cold. The tea brought to the table is for two people. We knew that there was such a place for years, it is an old building, there is no elevator, so many floors can be reached, it is run-down.
