★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would to inform you that we enjoyed every minute of our staying at Saray Hotel/Termal (Aug 22nd to Aug 31st) and heartedfulIy thank Saray Hotel and its management particularly the efficient and elegant Sabri bey the hotel manager and other staff member for the excellent services rendered by all including but not limited to the nice, richy, fresh and diverse breakfast buffet and the spotless cleanliness of the hotel room and other facilities see you next year insallah regards Othman Alkurdi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are fantastic. Front desk is very accommodating and everyone is helpful all around. A special thanks to the ladies in the spa. Had my first Turkish bath and it was amazing!
Love the shower in the rooms, that thermal water is so special. Great breakfast, clean hotel.
Will be back when it's time for another treat! The village where this hotel is located, Termal, is very quiet and peaceful and the air is so clean. Beautiful roads and vista's around here.

Terrible smell of cigarettes.
I requested a different room. I was waiting around 3 hours got the room, but I spend time in SPA,so not problems at all:)
The next room was nice,but the smells of cigarettes persisted. I'm a not smoker, I smell it very well. Room quite outdated, dirt In a bathroom.
Dinner was cheap and quite nice:) breakfast also, good choice, food on my taste.Turkish coffee on demand. Staff very polite and friendly, unfortunately, again, very basic English.
The best part of this hotel is their SPA an very professional masseuse's.A big, big, special thanks for a Wicky, she's great!!! One of the best massaged I had in my life ( and I had a lot:))
