When we went to the first examination for the root canal treatment for my mother, when I was talking to the doctor and I asked if the calculus cleaning will be done at the end, he answered us yes at the end. After she did the dental cleaning in the last session, the doctor told my mother that there was an extra 300 TL fee for dental cleaning after the procedure was over and we had already made the normal payment of 600 TL, which was mentioned at the beginning. Even when we were told that yes it will be done at the beginning, we did not say that it was included in the extra fee, but we did it at the end of the process, but to say this extra fee is against business ethics and opportunism to say the least. If a procedure is subject to an extra fee, the price and conditions must be stated to the patient before the procedure. I do not recommend you to go to dentistry offices that do not care about human health and communication and look at the business from a purely commercial aspect. Eventually you either get piled or you can't get it treated properly.

My 6-year-old daughter had more damage than normal in her permanent and milk teeth. We met with Murat teacher and we decided to treat with GENERAL ANESTHESIA, we were very hesitant, but we decided and had it done because of Murat teacher's experience, smiling face and interest. Thankfully, all our teeth were made without any problems. My daughter survived the anesthesia very comfortably and we were discharged on the same day, thank goodness the pain did not relieve you and we met with teacher murat... My only advice to families in our situation is general anesthesia and murat teacher.
