★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temmuz ayı ortalarında verdiğimiz sipariş 15 Ağustos tarihinde teslim edilmek üzere taahhütte bulunuldu. Satın aldığımız eşyaların kalan bir iki parçası düğünümüzden sonra 15 Eylül civarında geldi. Oturma grubununun ayaklarının tv ünitesi ile aynı renk olacağını söylemişlerdi fakat aynı gelmedi. Yatak odası dolabımızın bir kısmı tamamen raf olacak şekilde sipariş verdik fakat o da söylendiği gibi olmamış. Mağazada Halil isimli bir satış danışmanı yardımcı oldu. Yeteri kadar ilgilendi fakat eşyalar tam söylendiği portföyde ve sürede teslim edilmedi.
 The order we placed in mid-July was committed to be delivered on August 15th. The remaining two pieces of items we bought arrived around September 15th after our wedding. They said that the legs of the seating group would be the same color as the TV unit, but it did not sound the same. We ordered a part of our bedroom closet to be completely shelves, but it didn't work as it was said. A sales consultant named Halil helped in the store. He was interested enough, but the items were not delivered in the exact portfolio and on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu gün tercih mobilyadan aldığım koltuk takımını 6.taksidini ödedim kuruluma geldiklerinde mobilyada hasar var di fotoğrafını çektiler 2 hafta içinde değiştireceklerini söylediler En az 6 sefer ben gittim mağazaya yok fabrikayı aramalar 2 hafta içinde gelecek oylamalar en son gittiğimde bu gün donecez size dediler bunu hatırlattığın da si neden aramadınız dediler. Kısacası hatalı mobilya daha değişmedi bir de garantilemiş kurulum hatasını 6 ayda göndermeyen tercih mobilya garantiye mi bakacak .. Başka bir şey değil bana sattıkları malın arkasında durmaz diyenlere inat gittim aldım. DURMADILAR TERCIH MOBILYA sadece mali satana kadar ... 2 haftada gelecekler di güya yine 1 ay oldu.. En sonunda mobilya yi dükkanlarının önünde yakacam

I was really surprised to see the negative comments. We have been customers for 20 years, they have never had any problems in terms of price, payment and delivery so far, we bought all the furniture of our family from the preferred furniture, the best furniture store to shop. We are newly married and we bought all our belongings from preferred furniture. Everything came in good quality and on time. I would like to thank my brother Süleyman for the interest in the store. I recommend it to everyone, really good quality and affordable.

Kesinlikle alış veriş yapmadan bir kez daha düşünün derim satana kadar süper ama sattıktan sonra herşey bitiyor cirkin yüzleri ortaya cıkıyor 30 günde teslim olacak ürünü 43 gün sonra kendim bizzat gidip ilgileniyorum gelen ürün 2 el ürün gibi geri gönderdim iptal ettim ürünü kendinizi yakmayın derim !!!!!!!!

Definitely think again before shopping, my skin is super until you sell it, but after selling, everything ends, ugly faces appear. The product will be delivered in 30 days, 43 days later, I personally go and take care of the product, I sent it back as a 2nd hand product, I say don't burn yourself!!! !!!!!
