★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hiç kıvırmaya gerek yok yaklaşık 4 yıldır kullanıyorum arada bir arıza sorunu oluyor bunuda çözüyorlar en son arızada 40 metre kablo değişti başka firma olsa kablo parası ister bunlar almadı artı 9 ay başka yerde ikamet ettim 9 ay sonra geri geldiğimde kontörümü yükledim kullanmaya başladım
 No need to bend at all, I have been using it for about 4 years, and sometimes there is a malfunction problem, they solve it, 40 meters of cable changed in the last failure, if there was another company, the cable did not receive them, plus I lived elsewhere for 9 months, when I came back after 9 months, I started using my credit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık iki yıldır kullanıyorum cok ufak kesintileri hariç bir sorun yaşamadım, onlardada aradigimda direk ulaşıyorum ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşıyorlar. Diğer sorun yaşayip tekefonda ulaşamadiginiz büyük firmalara paranizi kaptirmayin.
I have been using it for about two years, I have not had a problem except for very small interruptions. Do not lose your money to big companies that you have other problems and cannot reach on the phone.

I've been using it for a long time, I was using türknet's adsl internet before, I cursed türknet and Tepenet offers a tremendous internet service. I am using vdsl package with uploadi. I wish you continued success..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gün içerisinde bağlantı kesilme problemi çok sık yaşanıyor. Çalışanları ilgililer ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar ama apartmanlarda kullandıkları cihazların ya da sahip oldukları altyapının yetersiz olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bağlantı yarım saat varsa diğer yarım saat kesin yok. Kendilerinden aldığımız modemi kapatıp açıp bekliyoruz belki olur diye, o da bazen çözüm oluyor bazen olmuyor. Fiyat açısından uygunlar elbette ama gün içerisinde mobil bağlantıyı daha sık kullandığımız için artık acaba o parayı da boşuna mı veriyoruz diye düşünmüyor değiliz. Fikir olarak çok iyi(türk telekomdan bağlantı dilenmektense) ama hala stabil bir çözüm olmaktan uzaklar. Ne diyelim sabır :)
Disconnection problems are experienced frequently during the day. Employees and those concerned are doing their best, but I think the devices they use in the apartments or the infrastructure they have are insufficient. If the connection is half an hour, the other half hour is not certain. We are waiting for the modem we bought from them, turn it off, turn it off and wait, in case it happens, sometimes it is a solution, sometimes it is not. Of course, they are affordable in terms of price, but since we use mobile connection more frequently during the day, we are not wondering whether we are giving that money for nothing. The idea is very good (rather than asking for a connection from Turkish telecom) but they are still far from being a stable solution. What can we say patience :)

Years ago, there is no contact with the customer representative lady, there is no contact in the broken cables, but I always pay the internet fee for more, but I rarely use it for 30 days. If you detect a fault, your problem is your problem.
