★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tepe savunma Güvenlik ilk ayında benden 300 TL kıyafet parası kesmiştir ancak kıyafetleri 6 ay içerisinde işten çıkmadığım ya da çıkarılmadığım takdirde parasını geri iade edeceğini belirttiler. Ben 6 ayı geçtiğim takdirde kıyafetleri teslim etmeme rağmen benim hakkımı kesmiştir. Firmayı arıyorum 3 aydır işlemde diyorlar ve beni oyalıyorlar. Bu firma hakkında gerekli yasal işlemleri başlatacağım. İş kanununda işveren işçiye kıyafet vermek zorundadır.
Tepe Defense Security deducted 300 TL from me for clothes in the first month, but they stated that they would return the money if I did not quit or remove the clothes within 6 months. If I exceed 6 months, even though I don't deliver the clothes, my right has been cut off. I'm calling the company, they say it's been in the process for 3 months and they keep me busy. I will initiate the necessary legal action against this company. In labor law, the employer is obliged to provide clothing to the employee.
