The owners and staff are very friendly and sincere people. They make people feel like friends, not customers. I have never encountered any other situation.

It was a market that I have preferred since it was opened because I live nearby, but now it is over for me. Every time someone else stands at the supermarket, I am older than the two people who were standing around 19 o'clock on October 18, Sunday evening, saying 'good evening' and cursing at me that I wouldn't hear it as I walked to the door, saying "I put it on your me" (I'm sorry for writing here. ). There was no quarrel or tension between us, I took the things I was going to get and paid the money without ever talking. I think he did not answer when I said good evening and found it appropriate to say it in response. I had to ignore it when the violence against women had increased this much. I expected the market owners to choose the employees more carefully. I will never choose it again, I will share this situation with everyone I know living in the neighborhood.

The attitude of the owner of the market towards the customer (myself) was very inappropriate. The market does not suit Bilkent 3 at all. I was scolded for buying an extra bag of thin bread to hold the newspaper. On top of that, he said, "Bring a bag from home on the way to the market from now on," and expressed in an unpleasant way what the customer (my person) should do, speaking from the top.
