★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ürün satın alırken kargo ücreti: 0 TL yazıyordu; fakat ürünleri alıcı ödemeli yolladılar. Eşimin de bilgisi olmadığı için ödemiş. Bir hata olmuştur belki diye Murat Bey ile görüştüm. Ancak bir sonuç alamadım. Müşterilerin 12 TL'sine böyle tenezzül ediyorlar. Çok ayıp. Siz siz olun iyi niyetli olup da böyle yerlerden alışveriş yapma yanlışına düşmeyin. Profesyonelliği falan geçtim artık küçük esnaf gibi çalışan şirket(!)inizin dürüstlüğü olsaymış keşke sizde.
When purchasing products online, the shipping fee was: 0 TL; but they sent the products the buyer pay. He paid for it because my wife did not know. I talked to Murat Bey, maybe there was a mistake. But I did not get a result. This is how they patronize 12 TL of customers. Very shameful. Be you, and do not make the mistake of shopping in such places.
