★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fibabanka tarafından evrak getirecekler. Ben mng'den çok şikayetçiydim fakat bu firmayla karşılaşınca mng den özür dilemek istiyorum. En azından müşteri hizmetleri var. Tele kurye denen firmayla iletişime geçeceğiniz ne bir numara var nede bir kişi, telesekreter bile 2, 3 kelime biliyor sadece. Bizim mahalledeki dönercinin müşteri hizmetleri bile bunlardan bin kat iyi. Bence kazandıkları para haramdır.
 They will bring paperwork by Fibabanka. I was very complaining about mng, but when I meet this company, I want to apologize to mng. At least they have customer service. There is neither a number nor a person, even the answering machine knows 2 or 3 words to contact the company called tele courier. Even the customer service of the doner shop in our neighborhood is a thousand times better than this. I think the money they earn is haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fibabanka için kurye gelecekti. Ne telekurye sistemi çalışıyor, ne de müşteri temsilcileri çalışıyor. Gönderi takip için verdikleri numarayı arayınca, şifre girdikten sonra buga giriyor ve 10 dakika falan cevap gelmiyor. ardından yanlış veya hatalı tekrar girin diyor. İletişim numaralarını aradım tam bir düzen kurmuşlar. tam tamına 10 dakika telefonu açık bırakıp kenara koydum. ve 10 dakikadır "Sıradaki yeriniz 1 ve en kısa zamanda temsilcimiz sizi yanıtlayacaktır" diyor ardından otomatik kapanıyor. resmen kimsenin umrunda değil kimseye ulaşılamıyor.
Courier would come for Fibabanka. Neither the telekurye system works nor the customer representatives. When they call the number they give to track the shipment, after entering the password, it enters the bug and there is no answer for 10 minutes or so. then it says wrong or incorrectly re-enter. I called their contact number, they set up a complete order. I left the phone on for exactly 10 minutes and put it aside. and it says "Your next place is 1 and our representative will answer you as soon as possible" for 10 minutes, then it closes automatically. Officially, nobody cares. Nobody can be reached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tek kelime ile rezalet çalışma sistemleri mevcut. İng bank kartım 1 ay içinde bile elime ulaşmadı. Gelecekleri saat muamma, telefon açsan ben gelip alayım desen olmaz diyorlar. Hiçbir bankanın bunlarla çalışmaması lazım .
In a word, there are disgrace working systems. My ing bank card did not arrive even within a month. They say the next hour is a mystery, if you call me, I will come and get it. No bank should work with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İNG banktan 3 haftadır tele kurye ile kartımın ulaşmasını bekliyorum ne kadar başarısız bir firma böyle bankaların bunlarla çalışması da ayrı bir başarısızlık , iletişime bile geçmiyorum tek kelimeyle berbatsınız.
I have been waiting for 3 weeks from ING Bank for my card to arrive by tele courier, what an unsuccessful company, it is a separate failure that banks work with them, I don't even contact them, in a word, you are terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Türkiyenin en rezalet firması müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşamazsın takip kodunu girersin yüzüne kapatırlar 15 gündür iki tane evrak bekliyorum sonunda siparişimi iptal etti hepsiburada. Bundan daha kötü bir firma olduğunu sanmıyorum trde aldıkları her kuruş haramdır.
Turkey's most disgraceful company, you can't reach customer service, you enter the tracking code, they block it on your face, I've been waiting for two documents for 15 days, finally canceled my order, all here. I don't think there is a worse company than this, every penny they get in Turkey is haram.

Disgraceful company, shopping has been canceled, documents have not been received for 20 days, customers do not receive Kayleye, how can FIBA bank continue to work with such a rude company?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Size banka gönderisi değil düğün davetiyesi bile teslim edilmez onuda düğün bittikten sonra belki oda belki teslim edersiniz , Ptt' nin 20 yıl önce verdiği hizmeti bile veremiyorsunuz....
Even a wedding invitation is not delivered to you, not a bank message. Maybe you can deliver the room after the wedding is over, you can't even provide the service that Ptt gave 20 years ago....
