Hello, Telephone Doctor's service quality and mastery is a complete failure. I contacted them via USTATV youtube channel and talked to them for the replacement of the broken screen of my iPhone 6s Plus phone only, and sent it to them via contracted cargo from Istanbul. After an average of 1 week, they declared that they burned the motherboard and processor during the screen replacement, so the phone could not be used anymore and said that they would supply me with a second hand same phone. But 1 month later, I took the phone from there, 1 week after I went to Antalya for vacation. The phone was very good for the first week, but in the second week, the phone locked itself and reset itself, and I had to reinstall the system that day. Today, the phone has been resetting itself for 4 hours on average and won't turn on.. It seems that the phone they provided me is faulty.. Everything is available with proofs.. Shipping receipt with declared content, screen replacement fee receipt and voice recordings of phone calls... I think I will apply to the White Desk next week. ..
