Even this one star is too much for this hotel. It is the worst hotel ever that have experienced, the services which are being listed are not available, the employees have no clue about service and customer care. We booked this room for a two-day stay, arriving from Germany. Upon arrival the first problems appear, we had an air-conditioner which was not working properly (only made noise) and the safe in the room was not even opening. So, we called the reception and told them that we needed the safe and the air-conditioning. After 3 hours of calling the reception finally a person arrived who definitely was not a handyman, then he did not even know how to hold the tools. Then we asked for another room instead, but this was not also not possible. Basically, what the reception employee said was to keep up with the situation. At the End, we agreed with the reception employee that we could leave the hotel, and we will be refunded the entire amount that we had paid for. I need to underline, here, that the reception employee called his Boss before giving us the statement of money return. Basically, we ended up in a much more expensive hotel and had an awful experience on day first in Turkey. However, our ordeal did not end with this hotel, then after we returned to Germany the hotel paid us only for 1 day stay even though we had booked for two days and also paid for two days. They claim was that we had stayed in the hotel for 3 hours and the safe and all was working properly! This is all a lie, and they know that, apparently they're desperate for money and try everything to steal it from their customers. Then this nasty behavior is stealing for me, then you did not provide the services that you promise that you will provide. Further, you made me stay for 3 hours in your dilapidated hotel, since we waited for some handyman to come and resolve the problem. You were unable to give me another room and forced me to leave. Further, you told me that we will be refunded the entire amount that we have paid. None of this happened, so you are a thief! Therefore, I would say just stay away from this hotel, if not, you will regret it the way we did.
