My product was not delivered on time. The employees I contacted are unsympathetic, arrogant people. If you ask where is the place where you are disgraced with your money, the answer will definitely be Elazığ Tekzen dealer.

Even though I wanted to go back and forth for weeks to buy some products, they said no for 3 weeks and 4 weeks. I don't understand why a product is not available this week when asked repeatedly, they don't supply it by saying it doesn't exist. I don't understand it. When they realize that there is nothing that I know of, it should be brought, but there is no, it means they always work with the same products.

There is a big difference with the very expensive Öz Karaca, I looked at a few products and left without the need for the rest.
