Çok saskinim, sanırım 5-6 rafı tabure ile doldurmuşlar, herşeyi yayarak geniş geniş koymuşlar, işin aslı eski dolu dolu Tekzen değil, sadece ben ve çalışanlar vardı, neler oluyor aklım almiyor, otopark sorunu yok, gayet tenha, iyi günler.

They offer better quality with good prices but the location is far from city center.

They seem to have a decent choice but i rarely find something i like to buy except bits and pieces.

Big problem purchasing paint. I chose a brand and they mixed another brand of paint. I previously bought paint from them, so I was aware of the price point. The price they quoted was much higher and I was told it was because of the brand he mixed, which was NOT the brand I requested. As a result I told him I did not want the paint and he said he would have to pay for this mistake. I said let's speak to your manage, and she reaffirmed he would be responsible to pay for the mistake. I did not feel this was fair and, quite frankly, I didn't believe them, so when I got home I called Tekzen corporate to inquire about the unfair treatment of employees. The customer service agent said it was absolutely untrue. The employed is not responsible to pay for such instances. They are representing the corporate company disgracefully in my opinion.
