★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ayi geçti bir nevresim takimi siparis verdim. 10 gun sonra yüzlerce kez arayip kendilerine ulasabildim. Simdi gonderiyoruz dediler. Sms gelecek dediler. Gelmedi yine yığınla aradim. Iste simdi geliyor dediler. Gelmedi. Yine aradim bircok kez. Artik ulasamiyorum. Param oylece kaldi. Dolandirici bir firma. N11 hepsiburada gittigidiyor da dukkanlari var. Aman dikkat edin.
Over 1 month, I ordered a duvet cover set. After 10 days, I was able to call them hundreds of times and reach them. They said we are sending now. They said sms will come. I did not come, I searched heavily again. They said he's coming now. Did not come. I called many times again. I can no longer reach. My money remained like that. It's a fraudulent firm. N11 goes all here and has shops. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güncelleme: 24 Ağustos 2018 Üzülerek belirtmeliyim ki, ürünler tarafıma gönderilmedi. Siparişi iptal ettim. Siparis verirken her şey tıkır tıkır işlerken, iptal sonrası paranın geri ödenmesi ile ilgili hiçbir geri dönüş olmadı. Hiç bir bilgi verilmedi. 1,5 ay gibi bir sürede parayı geri alabildim. Kaybettiğim zamandan çok firmanın bu davranışı hayal kırıklığı. Hazır müşteri varken yok etmek, size ne kazandırdi? Merak ediyorum!
Parayı alır almaz Denizli'den BAŞKA bir firmadan sipariş verdim. Aynı gün kargoya verdi. Ertesi gün teslim aldım.
***____***Sitenizden 03 Haziran 2018 tarihinden 12 Adet Bamboo El Yüz Havlusu / 6 Renk Bambu siparişi verdim. Ödeme yapıldı. Sitede 1-3 iş günü içerisinde kargoya verileceği yazıyor. Fakat hala kargoya verilmedi. Acaba unutuldu mu? Bilgilendirirseniz, sevinirim.
Update: 24 August 2018 I regret to state that the products have not been sent to me. I cancelled the order. While everything was working perfectly while placing the order, there was no return regarding the refund of the money after the cancellation. No information was given. I was able to get the money back in a period of 1.5 months. It is more disappointing at this firm's behavior than I wasted time. What did you gain by destroying when there is a ready customer? I wonder!
As soon as I got the money, I ordered from ANOTHER company in Denizli. He gave cargo the same day. I received it the next day.
