The price is average compared to other guesthouses, I think it may be cheaper. The only minus is the breakfast is very poor. At least tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. It would be nice if it was. The bleach they put is the lowest level, inedible. So I think it would be better if you bring breakfast with your own means. Also, there seems to be a bit of a parking problem, we didn't experience it because there is a place for two cars in front of it, but you can find it along the road, the place is very comfortable.
