Parca temini konusunda sürecin uzamış olması normal fakat durumdan haberdar olmak için arayıp muhatap bulamamaniz üzücü.. umarim sorun dikkate alınır. Saygılar

It is normal that the process is prolonged regarding the procurement of parts, but it is sad that you cannot find an addressee to be informed about the situation .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Böyle sorumsuz bir firma ömrü hayatım da görmedim telefon iletişimi yok yazışmalar parayı alana kadar sonra cevap yok parayı alıp da iş fatura kesmeye gelince tam 1 hafta resmen tepindim teknik aksaklık olsa 1-2 gün dersin ben ibreti alem olsun diye yazıyorum Allah bunların eline düşürmesin düşününki Canon Türkiye yi aramak zorunda kaldım hemde defalarca anca faturam geldi imkan olsa maliyeye şikayet edecektim aklınızda bulunsun edin de bu veya farklı durumda resmi kurumlarla iletişime geçin yoksa işiniz zor.
I have never seen such an irresponsible company in my life, no phone communication, no correspondence until I get the money, then no answer, when it comes to taking the money and billing, I officially kicked it for a full week. I had to call Turkey many times, but my bill came, if possible, I would complain to the finance, keep in mind, contact the official institutions in this or a different situation, otherwise your job will be difficult.

The only canon service in Ankara. I left the printer in 2 weeks but they called. Lack of information during breaks lowers expectations.
